Hotel Am Donaubogen - Sarching

I recently stayed at Hotel Am Donaubogen in Sarching for 5 nights. It was a great place to relax and explore the nearby area. The room was spacious and quiet, with really comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute drive to Regensburg. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, with an excellent selection of delicious food. But what really stood out was the kind and helpful property owner. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping me with a language barrier issue with my mobile carrier. Her son was also incredibly helpful in getting me in touch with an English-speaking customer service representative. It was clear that the property owners genuinely cared about their guests and it made a big difference in our stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The huge room that we got was a pleasant surprise. The place was clean, and checking in was easy. It was a perfect location; ten minutes away from the downtown area. Breakfast was fantastic, and the hostess was very welcoming.

My experience was marred by the fact that no one was there when I arrived. The check-in instructions were written in a foreign language, which was quite inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was a bit secluded, but still only a short drive away from nearby towns. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a decent sized bathroom. despite the clean appearance of the room, the amenities were lacking - no mini fridge or coffee/tea maker. the breakfast served was adequate, but nothing to write home about.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable for someone like me who is a light sleeper. the walls were thin and I could hear every movement made by guests in the adjacent rooms and the hallway.

I loved staying at this hotel, everything was great. The location was convenient, with easy transportation to nearby attractions. The staff was kind and helpful, making my stay even better. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a spacious room and lovely patio. The breakfast was one of the highlights, with a wide variety of delicious options and personalized service. The cleanliness was really good and made me feel comfortable during my entire stay.

Nothing not to love!

The hotel had a great location to explore the nearby town, and it was perfect for our Christmas getaway. The breakfast served was adequate and kept us going for our day out. The room was comfortable and cozy, with a nice view of the surrounding landscape.

Our stay wasn't up to our expectations. There was no Christmas spirit or decorations in the hotel. We found the staff uninviting, and the check-in process was not very welcoming. Furthermore, we were not given any information about the local area and the available activities. it wasn't the personalized and festive experience we were looking for during the holiday season.

Lovely facilities with a patio! The room was huge and exceptionally clean. The hostess was very gracious and allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage. The suburb was beautiful and peaceful, with many dinner options nearby. The breakfast was plentiful and the service was personal. A special surprise was seeing two white horses wandering around!

When we arrived, there was no one at the main desk and the instructions were only in German. It would have been helpful to have English instructions.
